Shield synchronous grouting material for subway shield segment synchronous grouting

A dry mixture processed from graded dry aggregates, cementitious materials, fillers, admixtures, etc., used for shield grouting engineering.

Shield synchronous grouting material, when mixed with water in a certain proportion and stirred into a uniform slurry, is used alone or with supporting components for backfill grouting behind the shield. Its purpose is to effectively control ground settlement during shield construction, ensure the early stability of the segment lining, and form the first line of defense for lining waterproofing.

Note: Shield synchronous grouting material complies with the standard: DB11T 1608-2018 "Technical Specification for Application of Ready-Mixed Shield Grouting Material".

IV. Construction Process

1. During grouting, the shield tail gap should be completely filled and compacted, with a filling coefficient not less than 1.3.

2. The grouting pressure should match the ground stress at the burial depth of the tunnel axis, and the pressure should be uniform.

3. Type I slurry (thin slurry) should be used up within the apparent setting time, and Type II slurry (thick slurry) should be used up within the initial setting time.
Winter Construction

1. Comprehensive measures should be taken during winter construction to ensure slurry quality, and a suitable winter construction plan should be in place.

2. Fluid pipelines such as water tanks and water pipes matched with the mixing machine should be insulated.

3. The slurry pipelines from the mixing machine to the storage tank, as well as the storage tank itself, should be insulated.

4. During winter construction, after each operation, water in equipment and pipelines should be drained promptly to avoid freezing and damaging the equipment.
